Friday night's game against the top team in the division was another well played affair. It ended in a 1-0 loss on an own goal during a mad panic in front of our net. Capilano had to battle to keep us from scoring and couldn't get a goal of their own. Our team played with a lot of determination (even though there were only 2 subs) and was hard-pressed not to tie it up. Chris B made some excellent saves on his first game on our team as the goalie-wow!. And Jim B kept one out of the net too. Roger had another great game as coach. Both Tony Q and Jeremy had great chances. And for the second game this season, Matt P was the Man-Of-The-Match, great job! Special thanks to Pete S for providing the post-game notes and pictures.
