Monday Night Football-European Style

Monday Night's late night game (10 pm start, home after midnight) was just the tonic our team needed to get back on track. Most of the game was played in the opposition side of the pitch all night long. Culloden didn't have any subs and seemed content just to counter attack when they could. That played into our hands as many different players on our team were able to get shots toward the net. Finally in the second half Jeremy was able to open the scoring with a great low shot past the keeper. An insurance goal was added by Mark on a great blast after Dan, Keanu and Mark played a little give and go. The entire team played well and Kirk got a well deserved shut out. Roger coached the team Monday and did an outstanding job, making good substitutions and good observations during half time. Ron, who was all over the field making great interceptions and passes was the Man-of-The-Match. Unfortunately, I don't have a picture of him to post (I could only get this one from the Internet). So if anyone has a picture of Ron (or can take one on Friday) please send it to me.
