2 Straight Wins!

Well our winning streak extended to 2 games as we kept up the intensity from the season opener to our home opener-with a decisive 5-0 win over Cariboo Hill B. Since the other team had blue uniforms too, we had to switch to our alternate red uniforms, with the Liverpool FC logo on them. Maybe that's what spurred us on to the offensive outpouring with tallies came from Cory (2), Mark, Bert and Andy and the team collectively passed the ball well. There were also many more chances coming from some impressive plays and some crossbars and goal posts were struck. As well the defending was great and Kirk earned his first shut out of the season. Cory was the man-of-the-match. We also had a great turn out from the church and friends to support us-thank you!

So far, we've produced more goals from last season at this time while keeping the ball out of our own net too. We're an exciting 9 goals for to 1 goal against! An attribute to great coaching and great execution on the field.
