The winning streak continues with another great effort late Monday night. Even though the the game didn't start until 10pm our team showed lots of energy against Culloden, a team that was also undefeated. An early goal from Jon opened the scoring, followed by two more goals from Matt P and Andy in the first half. Andy potted another in the second while Kris was a perfect substitute goalie for the entire game replacing an injured Kirk and making some key saves.
The final score was 4-0 which reflected an entire squad that pressured the opposition at every moment, never giving up on any play while limiting the shots on our net. Jon was the man-of-the-match playing an intense full 90 minutes. The game finished just minutes before midnight--which also happened to mark Bert's birthday!
With this last game our goals-for-and-against became an amazing 13-1 in just three games. I think that's more goals than we scored all last season!
